1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Feather Fi, you agree to these terms and represent that you can enter a binding agreement, are legally permitted to use the service where you live, and are not subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions. If you do not agree, do not use Feather Fi.
2. Non-custodial beta
Feather Fi is beta software that helps users request routes and prepare transactions for self-custodial wallets. Feather Fi does not hold private keys, sign for you, guarantee inclusion or finality, reverse transactions, or take custody of swap assets or Uniswap position NFTs. You are responsible for your wallet, every approval and signature, gas, taxes, and legal obligations.
3. Direct liquidity is disabled
The WETH/USDG direct-liquidity release remains NO_GO and disabled. Pool and portfolio pages, read-only data, prepared-plan code, or documentation do not authorize a mainnet approval, Permit2 authorization, deposit, fee collection, removal, close, or canary. If separately enabled after all release gates, the connected externally owned account would supply both tokens and own the full-range Uniswap v4 NFT and its fees; Feather Fi would have no vault, gauge, custody, or rescue authority. LP v1 does not support Safe or ERC-4337 smart-account wallets.
4. Prepared intents and local recovery
A prepared liquidity intent is an unauthenticated, private offchain plan—not proof of wallet control, a reservation, an order, or a promise of execution. Feather Fi may store its amounts, allowances, exact targets and calldata, steps, receipt evidence, and finality history in Neon as described in the Privacy Notice. The browser may store a pending journal and random capability for recovery. Protect the browser profile and capability; the capability cannot sign or move assets, and losing it does not reverse public chain activity.
5. Third-party systems
Routes, wallets, Vercel, Neon, Reown, 0x, Uniswap, Permit2, RPCs, explorers, Robinhood Chain, tokens, and smart contracts are provided or operated by third parties. Their availability, security, rules, and terms are outside Feather Fi's control. A link, address, or integration is not an endorsement or audit.
6. Risk acknowledgement
Digital assets, approvals, smart contracts, and concentrated-liquidity positions can result in total loss. Risks include software defects, malicious or depegged tokens, bad signatures, retained allowances, price movement, impermanent loss, out-of-range or full-range underperformance, fee-control changes, slippage, MEV, failed or replaced transactions, chain reorganization, outages, regulatory change, and compromised devices. Full range does not preserve principal or guarantee fees. Use only amounts you can afford to lose and verify every wallet prompt.
7. Fees, amounts, and limits
The swap interface discloses Feather Fi's integrator fee, any separately reported routing fee, quoted minimum output, and estimated network fee before signature. LP v1 currently specifies no Feather Fi liquidity-action fee; Uniswap pool fees and gas still apply. Supported assets, fees, amount minima or maxima, slippage bounds, technical limits, and availability may change or be paused. Feather Fi imposes no product-level swap maximum, but wallet balance, gas reserve, available liquidity, displayed transaction bounds, provider acceptance, and simulation constrain execution. A quote or prepared plan is informational until its exact wallet transaction is confirmed and finalized onchain.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use Feather Fi to violate law, evade sanctions, exploit or disrupt systems, deceive others, launder funds, submit abusive automated traffic, probe credentials, bypass a disabled release gate, or interfere with other users. We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access to protect users and infrastructure.
9. No advice; no warranties
Feather Fi does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or fiduciary advice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, liquidity, finality, fee income, principal preservation, or profit.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feather Fi's developers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost assets, failed transactions, retained approvals, impermanent loss, reorganization, or third-party conduct arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so mandatory rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may modify, pause, or discontinue beta features and update these terms. Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Contact
Product, safety, or privacy questions may be sent to builtbyecho@agentmail.to. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, capabilities, raw signed transactions, or other wallet secrets.
